Hot Tub/Swimspa Maintenance Programs

Draining and Refill – From £99.00

All Hot Tub manufacturers and professionals recommend draining and refilling your spa 3-4 times per year. Not following these recommendations may lead to:

Unsanitary water conditions
Equipment deterioration
Potential voiding of warranty
Health problems.

Draining a Hot Tub can take up to three hours using its standard drain. We use special equipment to drain your Hot Tub water within minutes. The refilling time is dependent on your water pressure and size of your Hot tub and can vary from 1 - 3 hours.

Platinum Package - £299

Our Platinum Package offers all of the following services:

Draining and refilling of the spa
Pipe flush with our bio-film spa Cleaner or AquaSafe Cleanser
Replacement of the filter if needed (at an additional cost)
Cleaning of the hot tub shell
Cleaning of the cabinet
Cleaning of the cover and pillows
Inspection and cleaning of all jet inserts
Inspection of the heater, ozonator and pumps
Replacement (if required) of the union o-ring and heater gaskets
Inspection of all hot tub wiring

Gold Package - £199

With our Gold Package, you receive:

Draining and refilling of the spa
Replacement of the filter if needed (at an additional cost)
Cleaning and conditioning of the cover and pillows
Inspection of the heater, ozonator and pumps
Replacement (if required) of the union o-ring and heater gaskets
Inspection of all hot tub wiring

Silver Package - £149

If you are looking for a more basic maintenance package that still takes care of the most important maintenance areas, you might be interested in our Silver Package. It includes:

Draining and refilling of the spa
Cleaning of the filters
Cleaning of the cover and pillows

Winterise Spa - £199

Recommended for Autumn time. With this package, you receive all of the following:

Draining of the spa
Removing the pump drain plugs
Loosening all unions
Vacuuming out all lines and jets
Removing the filter and cleaning it for storage
Applying a plastic weather barrier to guarantee a watertight seal

Spring Opening - £199

Once spring rolls around, you will want to start using your Hot Tub again right away. Before you jump in, you can use our Spring Opening package to get it properly prepared. This package includes:

Inspection of all spa mechanically
Replacing the pump drain plugs
Tightening all unions and fittings
Reinstalling stored filters
Filling the spa
Pipe leak inspection

Spa Cleaning

Cleaning and replacing filters
Depending on usage, filters should be cleaned up to two times per month and replaced twice a year – this will keep your spa performing properly and your water clean. 1 STOP SPAS provide ongoing maintenance programs to come to your home and clean and replace filters. Cleaning and reconditioning Spa covers and pillows

Your spa pillows are above the waterline and capture water vapour. The water vapour contains bacteria and therefore the pillows need to be regularly cleaned with a sanitise that is non-abrasive and compatible with the pillow material. Covers are a necessary component of your Hot Tub and they are expensive to replace. To extend the life of your Hot Tub cover, regular cleaning and conditioning is needed. Care must be taken however to use the proper conditioning agents. Silicone based products are actually harmful and can accelerate cover deterioration. We use only products that are friendly to your cover and can make available cleaners and replacement covers for almost every make and model. Call us for more information and prices.
