1 Stop Spas was established in 2008 by industry specialist and former RAF aeronautical engineer, Chris Brady. Originally, 1 Stop Spas was founded as a hot tub repairs and servicing company. However, over the year’s customers have turned to them for support in making the right purchase, which is how the business snowballed to where it is today. 1 Stop Spas is an innovative multi-award-winning company.
We have three different brands of high-quality American Made hot tubs, including, the top of the range Marquis Spas USA, Aquatic Training Vessels (ATV) USA & American Whirlpool. We’ve previously supplied Vita Spa USA and were their largest UK dealer before swapping to the new brand from the same factory in American Whirlpool. We also have access (although do not display) Nordic/Cove USA and the UK made RotoSpa brand. We only deal with reputable brands with an excellent history and pedigree to them. At the same time, we like to offer variety, so we have a huge range to choose from!
1 Stop Spas are the only Lincolnshire company to have trained and certified staff, meaning our ASPSP Certified Hot Tub Technicians are always on hand to help with any questions or fixtures you require for your hot tub.

Service & Maintenance
Regular servicing is important to keep your hot tub or spa safe and running efficiently. We recommend draining and refilling your spa at least 3-4 times a year and cleaning your filters up to two times per month, in order to keep your hot tub performing properly and your water clean. We offer 3 servicing packages; Annual Service, Ultimate Service and Flush ‘N’ Drain, these are all designed to keep your hot tub in sound repair. Prevention is the best form of maintenance, but we also have a call out service to ensure you get your money’s worth from your purchase.
We offer repairs and servicing on all major makes and models of hot tubs and swim spas, so whether you bought your hot tub from us or not, we are still here to help make sure you receive the very best advice and on-going customer care.

1 Stop Spas are Trade Association Members to British & Irish Spa & Hot Tub Association (BISHTA) and the Association of Pool & Spa Professions (APSP). 1 Stop Spas Trade is available to selected industry professionals, certified technicians and established organisations. With 1 Stop Spas Trade, comes many benefits, including access to training and promotional materials, such as training photos and videos. 1 Stop Spas Trade are authorised UK distributors for Aquaness™ Aquatic Exercise, allowing you access to fitness equipment that can be done from the comfort of your tub. We also UK distributors of HM Digital™ and La Motte™ professional water testing equipment, UK Distributor for SpaDolly™ Hot Tub Handling equipment and courses to ensure you know how to keep your hot tub clean and safe.
If you are looking to have hot tubs within your holiday parks, then we can also help with that. 1 Stop Spas Trade can supply fully HSG282 compliant Holiday Let Hot Tubs throughout the UK including organisations such as Forest Holidays as well as smaller independent holiday cottages.
Training
As well as selling hot tubs and maintaining a high level of quality, we also have a training division to our business. SpaTech Training is an Association of Pool and Spa Professionals Certified Training Provider for the UK, approved by BISHTA. Our training courses are designed to provide technical, specialist and mandatory Health and Safety knowledge for the hot tub and holiday park sector. Our newest course is the “British Holiday Park & Home Hot Tub Course”. This course is designed to make sure you know how to manage hot tubs correctly on holiday parks and other “business settings” in line with HSG282 and BS EN 17125 European Standards.
